5 Healthy Snacks That You Will Crave

Snacking is one of my favorite things to do. I’d much rather have multiple snacks throughout the day than just stick with three plain meals. I am going to share my absolute favorite snacks I like to eat daily.

Five easy and healthy snacks that you will crave:

 

Peanut butter Banana toast

Top 1 piece of toasted ezekiel bread with peanut butter, 1/2 banana, & cinnamon. It’s sooo good and actually really filling. Sometimes instead of cinnamon I add a little bit of honey and it’s amazing. You can definitely add/subtract anything you want. Be creative.

Lara Bars

Lara bars are seriously perfect hunger killers. I love that they are made with natural and simple ingredients. My favorite flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough and that’s why I buy the box. I also love the chocolate chip brownie, peanut butter chocolate chip, lemon, & blueberry muffin flavors. If you haven’t tried these bars go out now and buy some!

 

Avocado Toast

Top 1 piece of toasted ezekiel bread with 1/2 smashed avocado. Salt & pepper to taste.

Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium than bananas and are loaded with healthy fats. Avocados help you feel more satisfied so you feel full for a longer period of time. This snack is definitely one of my favs.

Apple Chips

Apple chips are perfect for when you want something crunchy and sweet to munch on. I buy these from my local grocery store because I am sometimes lazy and don’t have time to make them at home. But if you have the time and patience I definitely recommend you make them yourself! No-Bake Energy Bites

These babies are freakin’ amazing. They are awesome to have handy when you are too hungry to make anything and need a quick energy fix. They are made with oats, peanut butter, honey, & raisins. Here is the recipe link if you want to make these mouth watering bites:
