Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Lately I’ve been obsessed with protein smoothie bowls. There’s┬ánothing quite like a bowl of creamy sweetness topped with ALL the fixings to supercharge your day! Am I righttt? The concept is so simple and it makes for a great quick and easy breakfast or snack!


Smoothie bowls are so delicious. If you have been drinking your smoothie out of a cup with a straw all this time you are definitely missing out! Eating your smoothie out of a bowl with a spoon is becoming super popular and is the way to go these days. My favorite part about eating my smoothie out of a bowl is that I get to top it with granola, fruit, chia seeds, nuts, or whatever else I’m feelin’ that day. This smoothie bowl is packed with nutritious ingredients and contains plenty of protein. It gives me energy to do all the things Monday’s (and every other day) usually require.

Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Time: 5 minutes



  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rice milk (or your preference of non-dairy milk)
  • 2 Tbsp protein (I use Standard Process unflavored)
  • Toppings (additional fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds, nuts)


Place all ingredients except toppings into blender,

blend until smooth. Add additional milk as needed

to blend. If you want the smoothie thicker, add some ice and blend.

Pour mixture into a bowl and place toppings on top of smoothie.
