At Home Workout Routine

 

I decided to record an at home workout routine because I know so many people who want to workout but don’t have a gym membership, can’t find a babysitter for their kids, or simply don’t want to waist time driving all the way to the gym. This workout can be done anywhere and does not take much time at all. In this video I am targeting legs/butt & abs. It will definitely leave you sore, trust me!

The Workout:

Mountain Climbers: 3 x 40

Donkey Kicks: 3 x 10 per leg

Leg Hold: 30 seconds per leg

Standing Leg Abductor:3 x 10 per leg

Standing Butt Kicks: 3 x 15 per leg

Sit Ups: 3 x 15

Lower Leg Raises: 3 x 15

Standing Lunges: 3 x 20

In/Out Squat Jump: 2 x 10

Ab Bikes: 2 x 40

Lateral Side Squat: 2 x 10

Double Lateral Side Squat 2 x 10

**Make sure to stretch before and after working out**
